Why live printing works in Mexico City
Mexico City has one of the busiest event calendars in the Americas, and it's getting busier. Zona Maco brings the art world in February. Vive Latino and Corona Capital fill the stadiums and the racetrack. The Grand Prix packs the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez every autumn, with hospitality suites full of brands trying to stand out.
Streetwear and screen printing have deep roots here, so guests know a good print when they see one. That raises the bar, and we like that.

Altitude, power and paperwork
Mexico City sits about 2,240 meters up, higher than Denver. The air is thin and dry, so water-based inks dry out in the screen quickly. We choose inks and pace the screens with that in mind.
Power is 127V on the same plug style as the US, so our equipment works with no conversion. Temporary import of the gear goes through the proper customs process. Blanks can be sourced locally or brought in, depending on your brand's requirements.
Traffic in CDMX is a real scheduling factor. Load-in times are planned around it, not the other way round.
Merch Troop is based in La Habra, California. We run live printing across the US and travel internationally when the event is right, and Mexico City jobs get the same crew and the same process.
